No matter how long we have been cleaning
Or we use any kind of spiritual practice
No matter whether we can see results or not
Appreciate our own effort first now
We have been doing great to reach this moment
We have to take an effort in our own practice
Which is great, we spend some time affirming it
We need to realize, that we have been putting effort
We are working on being better
When we cannot see any results yet
Be patient in the process
It will always come up at the right time
Our job is always to choose to clean
When we had chosen to clean
Appreciate our effort now
Send ourselves love to celebrate
As we have been doing great
When we take action to clean
Our job is done, we just also need to clean at the next moment
In the process, doubt might arise
Especially when we cannot see results yet
When it is the case of cleaning
We just notice one thing, cleaning cannot harm anyone anyways
Even if we don't think it is working
It just won't harm us by chanting the four phrases
Or we can do our cleaning as simple as using I love you
It just won't be able to cause any harm by saying I love you
So why not give it a try
In the process, appreciate our own effort
Appreciate that we choose to clean at a certain moment
Forgive ourselves as well for moments we have not cleaned yet
It is fine, as long as we don't keep on blaming ourselves
And we choose to clean once we realize it
It is still a good thing
Appreciate our effort, affirm our own work

Then the rest is always Divine's work
We cooperate with the Divine in this cleaning process
We kick start by showing our cleaning intention
Then Divine will do all necessary correction
Just clean with whatever ways we love, it is always fine
