Be kind to everyone

When we talk about being kind to everyone It is not exclusive, and this is starting from our own self So, we never exclude our kindness to anyone

Especially not to exclude ourselves Be kind, not meaning we agree with them It also doesn't mean we don't protect ourselves

Build necessary boundaries to protect ourselves Is a way of being kind to our own self We should be kind to everyone

But it doesn't mean we allow anyone to hurt us Before we try to be kind to anyone We first need to be kind to ourselves

No one is higher or lower than us Although the world didn't show up like this But we are all the same in our unique way

Just be kind always, stay humble always We try not to judge anything For moments we did judge, we forgive ourselves

Kindness or not is a choice It is just up to our free will to choose Choose to be kind always

And never mix up kind to prioritise others Being kind to others doesn't mean we need to fulfil their request Especially when that request is not sensible

Saying no is not meaning we are not kind Saying no to things that might hurt us is a kind act We are as valuable as anyone else

We are the ones who are fully responsible to protect ourselves We do have this ability to avoid others abusing us Especially there are people who will use our kindness for their good

We need to be kind with wisdom We have to say no to gas-lighting We still are kind to them, but we do not allow them to use us

When we encounter being hurt by others We still choose to be kind to them as well We don't need to agree with them

But we can try to forgive them When we feel we cannot do so Be kind to ourselves to accept this fact

Forgiveness is always for our own good It is not meaning we agree with those act It is just a wonderful tool to help us to let go of the past

But when we feel we can't, be kind to ourselves Give ourselves room and time to let go In the process, we try not to judge and blame
