Be kind to ourselves first

We often hear people saying to be kind to others But before we are kind to anyone We need to be kind to ourselves first

The sequence is important in this case We need to first take good care of ourselves We need to put ourselves in an important position

We all deserve this importance from ourselves As only when we start to be kind enough to ourselves Then we can easily spread our kindness without hurting ourselves

We always need to prioritize ourselves first This is never selfish to prioritize ourselves It is being responsible to prioritize ourselves

When we feel it hard to be kind to ourselves first When we still feel anyone in this world is more important than ourselves Then it is time for us to clean on all these issues

We all can have important loved ones They are important, but we are at least as important as them as well We need to realize this fact and be kind to ourselves

Then we will not need to crave love from the outside Once we don't crave that, once we can be kind to ourselves All the kindness from the world can flow to us naturally

And our kindness towards the world can flow out naturally as well We all can clean and restore our kindness to ourselves We don't need to think about how

We just use whatever ways we feel most comfortable We don't need to think of this issue in the process as well We just state it in the beginning

Then we put our focus on cleaning itself It would be helpful to help us shift our focus We never focus on the issues we are cleaning

As that is only data, the more we focus on the data The more we would have chosen data unconsciously Which is not what we want as a result

So, we better stay away from data for a while When they arise as thoughts or when we encounter them We are not going to escape or deny them

We again choose to clean them all But when they don't come up, we don't need to search for them When we keep on cleaning
