Communicate with our heart

When we try to communicate with anyone We usually based on words or other body reactions But when we are not careful enough

What we like to deliver cannot reach the other person in the way we want Therefore, this causes lots of misunderstanding This makes us suffer a lot in relationships

When words are not easily delivered our true message We might try to communicate with our heart Of course, we still need to talk with words

But in the process of communication We observe the underlying of how others response Maybe their words are bad, but the intention is not bad

Of course, there are also cases that the words are good But their intention is not really good at all When we learn to communicate with our heart

We then start to learn to read beyond words Maybe we will still fail to get the true messages But at least we try to do so, it is more likely we can get the truth

When we start to speak with our heart and listen with our heart Then we will realize many things that we neglect before Mind our words, if we don't mean to be bad

Try to avoid bad words coming out of your mouth When we hear something bad from others Listen and see if it is just because they are too angry and speak without think

Maybe they don't really mean like that When we learn and really listen with our heart We can also listen to the good words that are actually hurting us

It might take some time before we can really communicate with our heart We need to try and practice, it is a process of trial and error Before we can really communicate with our heart

While it needs our effort and time, it is something worth doing so We start to learn to read beyond words And feel the true meaning behind every conversation

When we don't know how to get started We start to communicate with ourselves with our heart We listen to our ego's thoughts and go beyond them

We might be able to realize it is delivering messages Different from what we can see from the surface When we learn to communicate with our heart from within
