Explore our inner treasure

We all have our unique treasures inside us But many of us might not realize them at all It is time for us to start to explore our inner treasure

Many then might come up with a question How can we explore this inner treasure? It is simple, we just stay still and look within

It sounds so simple, but it doesn't mean it is easy As when we stay still and look within We normally will first encounter our ego voice

Our ego voice could be so loud and dominate the space That makes us tends to focus on our ego voice We are not here to judge our ego voice

It is still part of us in our inner world When we are looking for our inner treasure Maybe our ego voice is not the one that can lead us the way

So we need to learn to listen but not respond to the ego voice It can take time and really need the effort to practice As our ego voice always loves to draw our attention

The best way to deal with our ego voice is that We listen but we do not respond It is not easy to take into practice

But it is essential in the process of exploring our treasure As our treasures are all hidden underneath this ego voice The ego voice is not really intentionally hide our treasure

It just craves attention so much It does not want anything that draws our attention away from it So we need to learn to stay with it wisely

Then we can start to realize our treasure from within Normally all these treasures are so quiet and peace When we do not look or listen carefully

We might easily miss them all That is why many of us feel we don't have any treasure inside us Even if we cannot feel it, we all have it, there is no exception

Explore our inner treasure from within No one can really tell us, although many might be able to see But we still need to feel it ourselves

Before we can agree with that, it is our own treasure No one can take those treasures away from us And we don't need to compare with anyone

Everyone's treasure is different and unique There is no so call better or worse for the treasures we have We just explore our own and use it well

In the process, stay still and just be patient We are open to possibilities of what it would be We don't need to think or analyze the process
