Flow along with life

Sometimes, we just work too hard to strike in life While we can actually choose to flow along with life There is always this third choice

Instead of just fight or flight We can just flow along with life We just flow like leaves on top of the river

We allow life to bring us to visit all sorts of wonders We accept everything we encounter in the process As we know nothing ever lasts forever

We just don't need to worry or think too much We flow along with life Life will bring us to where we should be

For moments we did fight or flight We always forgive ourselves We learn to detach from every situation

So that we will no longer fight or flight When we encounter anything Rather, we step back and observe the situation

We then choose to flow along with life We just allow life to lead us When we stop fighting or escape in life

Life can be just much easier and fun There are always infinite wonderful things in life Let us stop fight or flight

So that we can focus and enjoy What is the true beauty of life We all can do that, it is just a matter of choice

Choose it, then we can make it When we stop resisting anything that is happening Accept it as it is, then we can look from a different angle

Maybe some new insight will come up Then it can lead us in a completely different direction It does need practice before we stop resisting life

So, never blame along the way as well Just try again and again, until we can stop resisting life Until we learn not to only fight or flight

Flow along with life It is a new way we can choose to live our life It would be easier and full of joyful adventure
