Follow the flow of life

Sometimes, the more we think of how to live our life The more we might confuse ourselves As our perception is based on our belief system

While our belief system has limitations We might not know what to do at all times While the truth is, we can just choose to follow the flow of life

How can we follow this flow of life? We first need to slow down a bit and calm down We cannot see the fish under the fast-flowing water

When we want to know an answer We need to calm down before we can listen In the process of calming down

We might feel there are lots of distractions from the mind As all sorts of thoughts and emotions arise all the time They are so intense and loud that can easily draw our attention

We are not going to deny them While we are not going to put focus on them as well We just try and learn to go beyond all these thoughts

There is a quiet, light and soft voice from within While we always call it a voice, it could be in other forms We still stay in the present moment to try to feel it

We give some time and be patient in the process We keep on trying even though we can feel nothing in the beginning We learn to observe and dive within our inner self

We all have this ability and have this inner connection with the Divine What we need to do is restore and keep this connection smooth This needs continuous practice and it takes time

We never try to guess how long would it take As this varies among people due to individual situation No matter how long it takes, it is still valuable to do so

We kick start by having this intention to go within We don't need to think too much in the process We just give it a try first and see how it goes

This process of going within is also the process of following the flow of life We all have our unique paths prepared for us We are also given the right to choose to follow it or not

When we keep things simple It is easy to follow the flow of life And we can enjoy our life with fun as well
