Treasure our present moment

When we can entirely focus on our present moment Then we will understand every moment is precious We never shall let the past influence us

As every moment is fresh and new As long as we allow our present moment to be fresh and new When we stop pulling our past or future into our present

We can always start over again at any moment Of course, we can still easily be influenced by the past We also will have worries about our perceived future

But whenever we realize that We can get back to the present moment It is all about our awareness

When we start to aware of it Then we can choose where we want to put our focus When we want to stay in the present moment

We just choose it, then we can stay there It is so easy in words, but not easy to take action As we are so used to being influenced by the past

When we find it hard to do so It is always good for us to clean We make good use of forgiveness along with cleaning

We clean and let go of how it would be Then we can focus back on the present moment Our present moment is always wonderful

When we are aware of that We will be more willing to take an effort to stay there We need to be persistent in the process

We also need to clean up any guilt or blame in the process It is not necessary to let all kinds of emotions trap us We can always choose to clean them up when we encounter them

We use whatever ways we could to stay in the present Enjoy how valuable every present moment would be Treasure our present moment, it is precious and priceless

Stay in the present moment as much as possible Let go and forgive ourselves for moments we can't It takes time for us to get used to this new form of life

When we really take time to try and stay conscious We can eventually do it effortlessly We need to be patient and kind to ourselves in the process

Spend some time regularly to stay alone and stay in the present We do nothing, we just stay there In time, we can stay in the present easily in every situation #dailyinspiration #present #treasure #inspiration #clean #love #forgiveness #cleaning #wisdom #choose #life #focus #peace
