Ho’oponopono Introduction
This is not Ho’oponopono teaching
We put a section of Ho’oponopono here is not for teaching or training purpose, this whole section is just a sharing of the experience of Ho’oponopono, we would try to keep the information update and will remove any of the information that is not valid anymore, yet it is still not teaching of any kind, in the journey of Ho’oponopono, what we mention in the videos might be inspiring, and you can still find it wrong.
This section will never charge or have any requirement on access, anyone can feel free to share them out if you want to, the underlying of putting a section in our site is we feel Ho’oponopono is helpful in helping us to clean the data so we can make wise choice, and making wise choice is our aim of this site, so we would like to share this good way of practice here.
About Ho’oponopono
For those who have no idea what Ho’oponopono is all about, here is a brief introduction of it, it was an ancient Hawaii method used by special kind of people as a group section to solve their problems, but what we mention here is a modified version which is call Self Identity Through Ho’oponopono (SITH) which is created by Morrnah (who was a tradition kuhuna)
To make it short, it is a cleaning process to clean up all the data we encounter in our lives, we take full responsibility to clean them ourselves and the method of cleaning is as simple as saying the four phrases “I am sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you”, the system is really as simple as that, but when anyone would like to learn more about it, they are feel free to go for any official organizations or read the books as well.
About Ho’oponopono Cleaning Exercise
In this site we have two blog sections about Ho’oponopono, the first one is call “Ho’oponopono Cleaning Exercise”, the initial intention for making any of these cleaning videos is just for personal use, and we really have to say it is never a must or it would be necessary for anyone to use cleaning videos for cleaning, just as mention above we only chant those four phrases ourselves it is what we call cleaning already, the reason why we still put it here is that some people do find them useful and it would be nice if anyone who find them useful and get easy access to it as well.
For those who are interested or feel it is useful to watch/listen to those cleaning videos, here is a slight guide on how to use it, we can just browse around to see if any topic resonates with us, go inside and watch/listen as many as times as we want, a word to note is that, we never need to pick a specific topic for cleaning, just when we are being triggered by specific topic, we find a way to help ourselves to clean in this way, for those who can use their own cleaning method and cleaning well, just view these cleaning exercise as ordinary blog post then it is fine.

There is another blog section about Ho’oponopono which is call “Ho’oponopono Related”, this is really a blog section with all sorts of topic related with Ho’oponopono, that could be introduction of cleaning tools, expressing our point of view on certain topic related with Ho’oponopono, feel free to get inside to have a look and feel free to leave us comments if you have any idea or suggestions or even pointing out mistakes.
We need to emphasis again all videos are just sharing of Ho’oponopono, it is nothing official and it is not for teaching purpose, it would be great if anyone can benefit from it, yet it is fine if you don’t agree on any of the point of view there, after all any of the words could be data itself, although we will try to clean before making any of those videos and try as much as we can to keep them as inspiration, but we never know, only Divine knows what is data and what is inspiration, so if you find any of the words not resonates with you or you do not agree, it is perfectly fine, and please don’t take every of the words without digesting, that could be wrong, and if anyone find anything wrong, please let us know so we can update it.
