Cleaning on stress

Even the world sounds like full of stress, I notice they are all just data only, when I encounter stress, I notice their existence, but I don’t engage in it, rather, I will clean all these data and choose Divine.

In the present there is no stress, stress are mainly from past and some are from future, and they are all just data I need to clean, when I am willing to clean them, I can release them all.

It is not a fault to have stress, but I am responsible not letting stress beat me up, I have a choice when stress comes up, cleaning is what I am going to choose to release it, which is always the best choice.

I do not find out the source of stress, I just clean it when it comes up, as that is my only responsibility on data, that is to clean and to choose Divine instead of data, and hand that to Divine to deal with the rest.
