From time to time I can see people really struggling on their cleaning process, it seems like they are stuck somewhere inside the data, this makes me starts to wonder what can we do if we encounter such situation? So let me explain my point of view on this issue.
This does not only happens for beginners, this can still happen for those who have practice this for years, some data could feel more sticky than others, so that can keep us trapped inside those data, and then we get stuck.
So what can we do when we encounter this? The very important first thing is not to blame ourselves being trapped inside data, it is never our fault even if we are stuck inside data, we just view these replayed memories as real while they are not, but still, it is not a fault.
Self blame could be one of the possible reason why we cannot get it through, because by blaming ourselves we are continuously creating many more data, we have to understand, choosing data is a choice, it is not a fault, so no one have done anything wrong even we are trapped inside data.
When we can stop blaming ourselves, we need to look at our attitude towards the data, at many times, we would like to ‘change’ the data, but the more we want to change it, the more it is showing we view data as real, and we are still choosing data, and that we are not cleaning efficiently.
It could be difficult for us to see this through especially when we are so trapped inside data, but the more we view that data as real, the more we are paying attention to it, the more we are giving power to this data to grow, so the more we are stuck inside this data, it is a cycle.
To jump out from this cycle is really start from ignoring the data, by doing this we could easily triggered self doubt or guilt for ignoring the data, then we keep on cleaning those data, and keep on ignoring the data itself, until we can step at least one step backward from data, we can have chance to see data as not real.
Sometimes it really doesn’t matter how long we clean, as long as we still view data as real, we are still not letting go the data and therefore we have not let Divine to operate, we all have this free will to choose between data and Divine, and Divine will only respect our choice, if we still choosing data, then we can only get more data.
When we finally be able to see the truth (data is not real), things can change really quickly, but how things will goes, it is no longer up to our own will (ego part of us), it is then Divine who is doing the cleaning and revealing the truth, and we (ego part of us) will never know what is it, until it is revealed.
So when we get stuck, don’t panic, don’t blame ourselves, try our best to ignore the data, step back to focus on cleaning itself, and clean the expectation, the truth must reveal to us, though sometimes it is something out of our expectation as well, we need to open to possibilities, and trust Divine during the process.
